Project background

The proposed replacement of Slusher Hall will include demolition of the tower and wing and replacement with an approximately 630-750 bed residence hall. The planned Slusher Hall will be located on the same site as the existing building, and the residence hall will consist of two residential colleges.

A feasibility study has been conducted to inform construction phasing has been conducted and the project is currently in the schematic design phase.
