Whether you’re a new, veteran, or retired employee, the HR Service Center can help you with questions about your benefits or paycheck. Questions or concerns about other HR matters should first be directed to your Division of Facilities HR contact for assistance. The open enrollment period is typically the first two weeks of May for a July 1 effective date. Changes may be made during other times of year when there is a qualifying life event.  

Your Facilities HR contact will email you regarding the delivery of the required form which will be forwarded to you via campus mail or placed directly in your mailbox.

All injuries that happen on the job must be reported to the Facilities HR team immediately. Supervisors should work with the injured employee and complete the Accident Report form and the Physician Selection form to submit to Facilities HR.
